Z-ModPro is a modular and portable software able to hold a bidirectional communication (receive, process and feed back) with the control systems (SCADA) and manage systems (ERP) of an industrial facility in order to manage fields like operation, environmental parameters, health and safety at work, management, quality and sales. Z-ModPro is formed by the following units:

Z-SAFETY is the most advanced PPE that can save your life and with which you will replace all the records management related to health and safety at work. Under augmented reality functionality, connected to the SCADA, are displayed in real time, the status of the systems and all the parameters required for security. Under accident functionality, the smartphone accelerometers are activated and in case of accelerations compatible with a free fall or a shock, is activated the editable emergency protocol that among others, send the worker location, switch on the speaker, microphone and the camera in order to check the situation and give instructions, it also sends notification messages to management or even to first aid services. Additionally, is shown on the screen, under previous authorization, the medical history (blood group, allergies, organ donor, etc.).

Z-CONTROL is the unit in charge of replication of the installation control parameters,  adjusting their visualization to the smartphone screen size. It offers the chance to receive in real time, all the alarms sent by the SCADA in charge of installation monitoring. The operation manager can check the installation status and can be helped in that way to take decisions when he is not nearby the control room, improving in that way problems resolution.

Z-OPERATION is in charge of helping the operation manager to deploy the works to be carried out at any given time. It simplifies the records management to the operation manager so that he can design in an intuitive and simple way the works to be done according to the present operation status of the installation fixing objectives and planning. It records mean time between breakdowns and manufacturer instructions so that the preventive maintenance tasks are automatically planned searching for the efficiency of the working teams available. The working teams can check the location, elements, works to be carried out, manufacturer instructions, tools to be used, pieces, connections, operation protocols and ranges in working parameters.

Z-QUALITY is the unit in charge of the quality with which the quality manager can stablish with the smartphone, in a very intuitive and easy way, the quality assurance plan, stablish the zones in which a quality protocol must be followed and nominate responsible managers to be in charge of procedures execution. Quality indicators can be followed from the smartphone so that it can be achievable an in real time monitoring respect of fulfilment of quality assurance plans, being able to implement corrective measures in case of deviations. Using the smartphone, proposals of process improvement coming from workers can be recorded, recording the image and the voice of the proposal, which can be sent in real time to quality manager to be evaluated.

Z-MARKETING is the commercial unit with which you can not only manage the clients using an interface very easy and intuitive to enter data of the clients, budget requests and so on, but also connected to ERP, allows you to make budgets, check the stocks, manufacturing periods, delivery schedules, brochures and even carry out product simulations complying with client requirements. All the commercial actions taken place during the client visit are recorded in the client history so that they can be shown when receiving a client call.

Z-ADMIN is the administration unit. Connected to ERP, it allows you to share, see, but above all, fill the administrative documents from creating or checking supplier and client orders to create and send electronic invoices digitally signed by the managers. It also allows you to check delivery notes and match them with orders and also you can fill delivery schedules. To sum up, your ERP in your pocket. Combined with Z-OPERATION, speeds up projects monitoring, supplies ordered, installed, invoiced and paid. It makes possible after-sales services of a product or service.
